Tim has lived the Lake Oswego community since 1981. Tim purchased his first home from Kristi  Harnish and from there continued to develop and invest in Lake Oswego real estate. Tim brings decades of marketing, promotional abilities and negotiating skills from his broadcast career. Having raised three children in the area, Tim is well versed in all of our schools and neighborhoods. His knowledge of the market will help you find your perfect home. Tim has served on the Board of Providence medical center, Kerr Center, Portland Advertising Federation and The University of Portland President Advisory Council. Tim is a past President of Portland Area Radio Council.
